Punk Bunny, LLC, doing business as Punk Bunny Coffee (“Punk Bunny”, “We”, “Us”) is committed to respecting your privacy. Our website Privacy Policy describes how we handle your personal information generally. This supplemental Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy (“Health Privacy Policy”) explains our practices for “Consumer Health Data” as such term is defined by applicable laws (“U.S. Health Privacy Laws”).
If we make any material updates to this Health Privacy Policy, we will notify you as required by U.S. Health Privacy Laws, including by either notifying you at the time of collecting Consumer Health Data, or by updating this Health Privacy Policy earlier than required. We reserve the right to amend this Health Privacy Policy at our discretion and at any time. This Health Privacy Policy incorporates, and is subject to, our website Terms of Service.
1. Definitions
The term “Consumer Health Data” is broadly defined to mean personal information that is linked or can be reasonably linked to a consumer and that that identifies past, present or future physical or mental health status, and includes the following: information about medical conditions as well as non-medical information, and information about use of non-prescription medication or use of health-related products.
The term Consumer Health Data does not include information pertaining to individuals with whom we have an employment relationship.
2. Categories of Consumer Health Data that We Collect
Punk Bunny only collects, uses and discloses Consumer Health Data as needed to provide you with the products or services that you request or with your consent. We may collect Consumer Health Data related to the following categories of Consumer Health Data:

3. Prohibited Data

4. Purposes for Collecting Consumer Health Data and How We Use It
We may, from time to time, use your Consumer Health Data for the following purposes:

5. Sources of Consumer Health Data
We collect Consumer Health Data from the following sources:

From other third-party sources such as data brokers who provide us with information about consumers that may be interested in our products.

6. Disclosures of Consumer Health Data
We do not, to the best of our knowledge “sell” or “share” your Consumer Health Data, as such terms are defined pursuant to U.S. Health Privacy Laws. However, we may disclose the categories of Consumer Health Data described above in the following circumstances:

We may disclose Consumer Health Data with our data processors, service providers and contractors who assist us in providing goods and services to you. These processors may only use the data as permitted by our contracts with them.

7. Your Privacy Rights
You have specific rights with respect to your Consumer Health Data:

You have the right to confirm whether we are sharing or selling your Consumer Health Data, including receiving a list of all third parties and affiliates with whom we have shared or sold your Consumer Health Data and an active email address or other online mechanism that you may use to contact these third parties.

You have the right to request that we delete your Consumer Health Data.

If we are processing your Consumer Health Data with your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights. However, if you withdraw consent for collection and/or request deletion of your Consumer Health Data, we may remove you from certain marketing programs that rely on your Consumer Health Data to provide you the services.
To exercise these rights, please contact us in accordance with the “Contact Us” section below. Once you submit such a request, we will authenticate your requests and process it as required by law. Please allow up to 45 days for a response.

TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order with Warren James, Inc (“Warren James”) , you are (i) offering to purchase a product, (ii) representing that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, and (iii) representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorized user of the payment method provided. The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute Warren James’s acceptance of an order. We retain the right to refuse any request made by you.
Prior to Warren James’s acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. Warren James reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from Warren James, for any reason whatsoever. Warren James reserves the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to you without prior notification. In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, Warren James shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, Warren James shall credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price.
The risk of loss and title for product(s) purchased by you pass to you upon our delivery of the product(s) to the carrier.
EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
Preorder Period Refunds: Orders may be canceled and refunded while the applicable preorder period is still open. To request a cancellation, contact customersupport@warrenjames.org before the preorder period closes.
Once the preorder period has closed, all sales are final and we do not accept standard returns, exchanges, or cancellations, except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise or an order canceled by the seller as described below.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Oh no! If your item arrives damaged or defective (which is super rare, but it happens), let us know within 21 days of delivery. Make sure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We’ll check it out and, if everything checks out, hook you up with a replacement, repair, or refund (depending on what’s available). Once your claim is processed, we’ll let you know what to do with the damaged item.
All refunds will go back to your original payment method—easy peasy!
ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Need to tweak your order? We get it! Once an order is placed, changes (like shipping address or payment method) can’t always be guaranteed. But if it’s a preorder and the window is still open, we’ll do our best to help you out. Just reach out to us ASAP, and we’ll try to make it happen!
CANCELLATIONS BY THE SELLER
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund or store credit, depending on your preference.
